The Trzy Javory Loop is a charming and picturesque bicycle route that leads through the beautiful areas of the Silesian Beskid. This is a unique experience for lovers of active recreation who want to combine sports with enjoying nature, picturesque landscapes and the authentic charm of mountain villages.

Starting our expedition on the Three Javoras Loop, we can go on our own or join an organized cycling group. The start of the route is usually in one of the mountain towns in the Silesian Beskid, such as Szczyrk, Wisla or Ustroń. There we can also rent bicycles if we don’t have our own.

The first kilometers of the route lead through scenic valleys and ascend, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding peaks, valleys and forests. A panorama that delights any lover of mountain scenery opens up before us.

The Three Javoras Loop offers a variety of routes of varying difficulty, allowing you to tailor your trip to your skills and fitness. For beginner cyclists, there will be gentler sections, and for more advanced cyclists, there are more difficult climbs and descents available for the enjoyment of any adrenaline junkie.

Subsequent stages of the route may lead through typical Beskid villages, where time seems to stop and the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Local cottages and inns invite you to sample regional specialties and relax by the fireplace.

The Three Javoras Loop also allows visitors to explore tourist attractions such as scenic waterfalls, historic Orthodox churches and viewpoints that offer breathtaking views.

During a bicycle trip, stop for a while to savor the beauty of nature, watch wild animals and birds, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. We can also visit mountain huts and drink traditional tea while enjoying mountain hospitality.

Along the route of the Three Javelas Loop, be careful and obey traffic regulations. Especially on descents, it’s a good idea to adjust speed to conditions and avoid risky maneuvers.

Three Jawora Loop - practical tips

  1. Prepare your physical condition: The Three Jawora Loop can be demanding, especially because of the difficult climbs and descents in mountainous terrain. Ensure proper physical fitness by engaging in regular bicycle training and other activities that will increase your stamina and strength.

  2. Choose the right bike and check the technical condition: Choose a bike suitable for mountainous terrain that is sturdy and stable. Carefully check the condition of your bike before you leave, including brakes, tires, derailleurs and chain. Make sure everything works smoothly and is safe.

  3. Take the right equipment: Prepare the right clothing and equipment. Choose lightweight and breathable clothing that will keep you comfortable while riding. Bring a helmet, gloves and safety glasses for added safety. And don’t forget a backpack to hold water, snacks, a map, a cell phone and tools for bike repairs.

  4. Familiarize yourself with the route and plan: Before leaving, familiarize yourself with the tour route and itinerary. Keeping track of your plan will allow you to plan better, avoid getting lost and fully enjoy your trip. Knowing the route will also allow you to adjust your pace and choose sections tailored to your skills.
